Michael D. Weiss, MD, is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and received his ENT training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Weiss practices general otolaryngology with special interests in sinusitis, pediatrics, otology (surgery of the ear), and treatment of snoring disorders. He currently serves on the practice Management Committee for the American Academy of the Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery and lectures frequently across the country.

Mark A. Mashburn, MD, is a graduate of Loma Linda University where he also performed his ENT residency. After completing a post graduate fellowship in facial plastic surgery, Dr. Mashburn served on the faculty of Loma Linda University before joining the practice. Dr. Mashburn practices general otolaryngology with special interests in sinusitis, pediatrics, and facial cosmetic surgery.


Dr. Scott London, graduated from the University of Virginia undergraduate and medical schools. Dr.London trained in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center where he is published on areas such as advanced treatment of sinus diseases and facial plastic reconstruction. • Since beginning practice in Baltimore three years ago, Dr. London has been instrumental in establishing and developing the Cochlear Implant Program at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center. He has served as Director of the program during this time. • Dr. London is a board certified Ear Nose and Throat surgeon. He is a clinical instructor with the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Johns Hopkins University and holds privileges at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Greater Baltimore Medical Center. He practices general otolaryngology with special interests in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal breathing disorders, as well as pediatrics and otology.
