General Ear, Nose, and Throat Problems

We offer medical and surgical management of conditions that are unresponsive to standard medical treatments, including chronic infections of the ear, nose, throat and sinuses.

Pediatric Ear, Nose, and Throat Problems

Chronic ear, sinus, and throat infections are common problems among children that may require surgical intervention. As experts in pediatric otolaryngology, our doctors understand the unique concerns that accompany the treatment of children and work closely with parents in evaluating their child’s symptoms and selecting the best therapy to alleviate them.

Sinus Conditions

Acute and chronic sinus conditions can occur in patients of all ages. They quite frequently result in recurring infections, breathing difficulties, and pain and may require surgical or specialized medical management.

Head and Neck Surgery

Tumors of the head and neck can impact speech, breathing, and/or physical appearance. Our doctors specialize in the evaluation and treatment of benign and cancerous tumors of the parotid gland, salivary gland, tongue, and nasal passages, as well as skin cancer lesions of the face.

Sleep and Snoring Disorders

Problems related to the ear, nose, and throat can cause snoring, apnea, and other sleep disorders that prevent sufferers from restful sleep. We use a variety of diagnostic techniques, including sleep studies, to pinpoint the source of the problem. Often, we can alleviate symptoms non-invasively with laser therapy or positive airway pressure.

Facial Plastic Surgery

Our medical team includes a specially-trained fellow in facial plastic surgery to provide cosmetic nasal surgery as well as the evaluation and removal of moles, cysts, and other undesirable skin lesions on the face, head, and neck.

Allergy Management

Allergies are a common cause of ear, nose, and throat problems, including chronic rhinitis. We use the modern RAST method to identify patients’ allergies and offer a course of therapy that includes medical management with antihistamines and immunotherapy to desensitize them to the allergens and relieve their symptoms.

SPECIALTY SERVICES

Audiology

Our staff includes licensed and certified audiologists to provide comprehensive evaluation of hearing and balance disorders in children and adults utilizing the latest technology, including ENG, ABR, and a state-of-the-art Otoacoustic Emission Test that objectively measures inner ear responses to sound waves.

Hearing Aids

For patients with hearing problems that cannot be corrected medically or surgically, our office dispenses and services a wide variety of hearing aids and assistive devices. Our audiologists work individually with patients to select hearing aids that best suits their needs and lifestyles.
